I am known for being organized and extremely reliable. I am able to take initiative of situations and use my problem solving skills to solve any issues or conflicts as efficiently and fairly as possible. I am able to take on a lot of responsibility without falling behind or reducing the quality of the work i do and i pride myself in my ability to multitask. I’m very socially flexible and it allows me to fit into many different types of social environments. I can be extroverted and involved with those around me or i can take a more laid back approach and let others take the lead. I’m able to provide a safe environment that allows people to feel comfortable reaching out to me.
