• To Oversee all the aspects of asset reliability such that they deliver expected performance while reducing or eliminating unscheduled failures and their associated consequences
• Promote health and safety in compliance with electrical safety standards
• Maintain and update, as required, equipment bill of materials list, drawings, preventive and predictive maintenance documents due to equipment upgrade and modification
• Develop, recommend, and implement strategies for improving equipment reliability
• Assist with yearly budget
• Perform reliability reviews of proposed equipment modifications, upgrades, or design changes.
• Responsible for maintaining production equipment in good condition and analyzing failures. Recommend corrective actions, supervise (periodically) the execution of and initiate new programs related to preventive maintenance while monitoring the effectiveness of existing programs.
