• Manage the enterprise conductor JAVA server that forms the backbone of Orkes’s world class workflow orchestration system
• Own the SDKs in Java Python, C#, Golang, TypeScript and Clojure which allow customer developers to integrate with conductor

Headed the Engineering organization at a 25 people seed stage compliance start-up. My responsibilities included:

• People manager for 15+ engineers including backend devs, frontend devs, full stack devs, DevOps and QA

• Built strong teams through selective recruitment and post-hire mentorship of junior engineers.

People Manager for the Classification & Integrations team with 8 direct reports. Team focused on building in-app features to enable ML driven classification of incoming documents and driving forward strategic partnerships and enabling clients to seamlessly integrate Hyperscience into their workflows by building user-friendly connectors. Projects included:

• Layout Management: Led the development and maintenance of the in App features for managing layouts and release libraries that are used by the Machine Learning models to classify the incoming documents
• Manual Classification: Led the product feature for Human in the loop(HiTL) supervision tasks used for manually classifying documents that the machine is unable to classify with desired accuracy
• Hyperscience API Governance: Responsible for governance and the evolution of Hyperscience public API
• Input & Output Connectors: Responsible for leading development of various document ingestion and mechanisms like Folder Listeners, MQ Listeners and Email Listeners along with output connectors for delivery of ML extracted fields to downstream systems like Amazon SQS, RabbitMQ, HTTP servers etc
• Salesforce Integration: Integrated with salesforce to allow for ingestion of documents linked to salesforce objects via a custom pub-sub like mechanism into Hyperscience
• Box Integration: Integrated with Box to seamlessly ingest documents and reconcile results with Box folders
• Mulesoft Integration: Partnered with Mulesoft to launch native HS connector in Mulesoft Anypoint Exchange
• Bizagi Integration: Led the development of the Hyperscience connector in the Bizagi marketplace
• Client Cloud Auth Library: Led the development of the auth library responsible for allowing customer programmers to authenticate calls to Hyperscience APIs made on the SaaS offering

ENG Onboarding: Pioneered the global Engineering onboarding program to provide new engineering hires with a seamless and enriching onboarding experience

On-Call Rotation: Manage both the Product Support and Internal on-call rotation shifts for all of Engineering

People Manager for the Time & Integrations team at Namely with 10 direct reports. My team was responsible for building various third party Integrations with a variety of external partners. Projects included:

• Integrations Platform: Pioneered and ideated the Namely Integrations Platform. My responsibilities included architecture, design and development of the foundational platform on top of which various integrations are built to provide Namely customers an ability to connect with third party partners like Jobvite, Greenhouse etc
• ThinkHR White Labeling & SSO: Led the integration of a white labeled HR Compliance & Risk Management offering with the core Namely product
• E-Verify: Integrated with E-Verify, a government owned work eligibility system
• LinkedIn Talent Hub: Led the integration of LinkedIn’s new ATS with Namely to increase the sales leads
• Salesforce Communities: Migrated Namely Help to Salesforce’s Community product
• Namely API: Owned the public API used by clients to perform their own integrations and data analytics

Partnerships User Growth & Experience: As a lead backend engineer in the Handy Partner Integrations Team I was responsible for developing and extending the Handy platform for retail partners like Wayfair, Walmart and eBay. Projects included:

• Partner Handy Portal: Led the development of Order Management Portal with 2 FA for partner CX agents
• Partner EDI Integration: Led & architected the Partner EDI Integration via AS2 for Walmart.com Integration
• Order Consolidation: Led the project to consolidate incoming Wayfair orders which helped earn margin
• Partners API: Developed a RESTful API for Handy’s partners in order to facilitate seamless integration
• Smart Scheduling: Developed algorithms for scheduling of bookings coming via partners
• App Activity Pro Filtering: Pulled mobile login data from ES to strip inactive professionals from bookings

Trading Solutions Systems & Reliability: As a Systems Engineer in the Trading Solutions department my responsibilities included working on problems like software scalability, failover management, failure isolation and failover automation, load distribution, developing system level APIs, developing tools & infrastructure for machine monitoring and reviewing architecture designs. Projects included:

• Superpod API: Wrote a C++ library used by application teams to restrict communication to machines running in the same superpod(Super cluster containing many clusters), thereby providing failure isolation
• TS Proximity Appliances: Lead development of the DR & Failover management of the trading applications running on Bloomberg Appliances (machines that ran customized low latency software for Asian clients)

Fixed Income List Trading: Developed fixed income trading platforms for clients like PIMCO & Fidelity. Projects included:

• Bloomberg List Trading IRS Platform: Owned & managed the Interest Rate Swap(IRS) basket trading platform
• List Trade Trade Server: Owned low latency, multi-threaded and large scale distributed C++ trading server
• FIX Protocol: Wrote Financial Information eXchange (FIX) API communication gateways

Software Infrastructure Champion(SI Champion): JIRA Integration with internal issue tracking system Machine Memory Monitor to capture swap usage in all Bloomberg machines
