• Monitoring of operation and guiding desk shift engineers and field operators for efficient operation of plant
• Maintenance of plant auxiliaries like FD fans, ID Fans, Feed pumps, Air compressors, furnaces, conveyor belts, and fuel feeders
• Maintenance of utility equipment’s like pumps, heat exchangers, gearboxes, DM plant, softener plant etc
• Complete overhauling of steam turbines and all installed equipment’s like lubrication system, oil pumps, oil filters, oil coolers etc
• Monitoring during Cold & Hot start-up of plant and during changeover of running equipment of the plant
• Milling section which has single and twin mill (make -Buhler) with a total capacity of 20TPH with the utilities such as pre-cleaner, de-stoner, shifter, bucket elevators, cyclones , screw and en masse conveyors
• Decanter section which has three decanters (make -Alfa Laval and Humboldt) each having capacity of 18TPH
• Looking after maintenance of 250TR X 3 cross flow induced draught cooling towers & 150TR X 3 counter flow induced draught cooling towers
