Overall responsibility of preparing and maintaining QA/QC as per approved mix design

Coordinate with consultant, getting signature of consultant on reports without delay.

Preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports, ensuring frequency of sampling

Ensuring field test like Pullout test of rock bolts, Rebound of shotcreet, Shotcreet Field Suitability Test, Field density test, in-situ core drilling(when required).

Ensuring all testing in laboratory and tunnel site as per approved Inspection and Test Plan.

Monitoring batching plant Productivity, Concrete delivery, mix design and checking quality of raw material.

Supervise tunnel excavation using method like New Austrian Method Of tunneling (NATM)

Monitor tunnel stability and implement necessary Shotcreting, rock bolting, and Grouting.

Ensure smooth coordination between excavation, lining, and finishing work.

Implement safety Protocols to protect workers from cav-ing, gas leaks and water seepage.

Supervise material testing for tunnel lining, shotcreet, and support structure.

Mitigate environmental impact, including dust control, waste disposal.

Manage Project timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
