In my experience as a room attendant, I gained valuable insights into the importance of teamwork and the role each person plays in achieving a common goal. This position not only strengthened my work ethic but also taught me how to collaborate effectively with others to ensure that the company meets its standards and goals. I learned to balance manual labor, such as cleaning and organizing rooms, with customer service, making sure guests felt welcome and satisfied, which, in turn, encouraged repeat business.

My role as a cashier provided me with hands-on experience in customer interaction, particularly in dealing with difficult or dissatisfied customers. I developed strong communication skills, learned how to handle tense situations calmly, and found solutions that left customers feeling valued and respected. This experience reinforced the importance of patience, and problem-solving in maintaining positive relationships with customers, even in challenging situations.
