This was a family business and I worked very hard to reduce cost and improve our services as much as i could. My tasks included:

• Marketing our product (Packaged table water).
• Receiving and fulfilling orders
• Communicating with customers to get feedback and improve our service to them.
• Operating and maintaining factory machinery and equipments.
• Cleaning sophisticated factory equipments the janitor couldn't handle.
• Working with staff to ensure a safe and productive environment.
• Loading and offloading vehicles.

• Contributed to the efforts of the organization in making technology accessible to all people with disabilities.
• Provided IT support by setting up and maintaining computers and other necessary technology.
• Helped educate people on the proper use of devices and software.
• Helped set up screen reader software like Jaws for blind people.
• Maintained clean, neat, and operational facilities to serve program needs.
• Used strong interpersonal communication skills to convey information to others.
• Assisted with special events and programs.
