· Corona pandemic, during 2020, 2021. Our team intervenes to long care homes facility, vaccination centers and border quarantine centers.

· Ukraine Conflict Disaster During 2022, 2023. In reception centers at airports, shelters and hotels

  • Provided housing and food support, completed assessments for financial support, friendly calls for wellness checks and emotional support, provided referrals based on individual needs.
  • Developed team communications and information for meetings. Completed paperwork, recognizing discrepancies, and promptly addressing for resolution.
  • Participated in continuous improvement by generating suggestions, engaging in problem-solving activities to support teamwork.
