- Provided recommendations on reports to operations team that informed critical decision making by senior management
- Creating Project plans, project schedules and timelines with inputs from project scope, high level requirements and collaborations with business team stakeholders
- Managing and developing the consolidation of individual project plans into a program level integrated plan and deliver progress reports
- Helping with the analysis and communications of critical path and periodic risk assessment on the schedule identifying potential risks/opportunities and recommend mitigation strategies/contingency
- Documenting data migration requirements with multiple stakeholders, technical security services team, Key SMEs from Audit, Legal and HR to document challenges, requirements and help articulate project outcome for delivery following all standard protocols
- Analyzing and acquiring data from primary and secondary data sources- creating mapping specifications for use by ETL development resources
- Facilitating the weekly JIRA review meeting to review and update Risks, Issues, PCRs, and Dependencies in JIRA with the Technical Leads and PMs for update
- Examining data from web traffic, My TELUS app usage, and other sources to provide insights to business performance and customer behavior
- Evaluating and identifying critical metrics and leading indicators to drive feature adoption, cleaning and consolidating data as required to design, implement, and report on Operations scorecard
- Developing self-servable dashboards and visualizations to promote automation of information delivery as well as effective and timely reporting practice
- Using technology and analytics tools to develop models and analyze our data collected from various sources including web and internal channels
- Using data to tell the story of our operations and find opportunities to improve our practices and enhance our decision-making processes
- Understanding and translating problems and needs into recommendations and actionable tasks for the team
- Measure the efficiency of our existing programs through analysis of available data which will include identifying issues, forming hypotheses, and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations
- Actively seek opportunities to constantly improve our processes and perform scenario-based testing to support your recommendations.
