As a graduate from the Police Foundations program at Fanshawe College, I am writing to express my interest and enthusiasm in working for the CBSA in the Border Services Officer Trainee Developmental Program. As a student, and young adult I have participated in a variety of courses and job opportunity's that have improved my understanding of border security, and has given me the skill set to succeed. With experience ranging from Customer service, Respite, and Entrance Control, my past experiences have allowed me to gain so much knowledge and further developed lifelong skills to make me successful; including de-escalating situations, restraint training, behavior and mental health training. I am confident that given the opportunity, I can be a great addition to CBSA.
