Abby DWERNYCHUK

RED DEER COUNTY,AB

Summary

I am from Spirit River, a small town where I developed a deep appreciation for a close-knit community and the meaningful connections that come with it. Growing up in that environment shaped who I am today and instilled values I carry into everything I do.

Since childhood, I have had a genuine love for kids and a clear calling to education. Teaching has always felt like my natural path; there is something special about fostering learning and growth in young people. Now, as I'm wrapping up my education degree at Red Deer Polytechnic, I am excited to bring that passion into the classroom!

Beyond academics, I am a sports enthusiast across the board, but volleyball holds a special place in my heart. Whether it's the teamwork, the energy, or the fast-paced action, I love how sports keep me active and connected to the communities I'm part of.
