Procurement of new suppliers and alternate products for multiple companies under the Hayleys Conglomerate

• This includes chemicals for fabrics, eco solutions, aluminum ingots, water pumps and a few other minor categories
• Initial data analyses based on trading platforms by looking into top local and global suppliers
• Contacting potential suppliers with detailed spec requirements
• Vetting suppliers for certifications/supplier history and creating profiles
• This led to reaching out to157 companies over4 months, resulting in29 companies being shortlisted

Benefit calculations and RFQs for group-wide common categories such as soft disposables, stretch films and stationery

• Centralize categories and calculate the benefits centralized procurement offers
• RFQs for the above-mentioned common categories from multiple sources to negotiate and get the best spec-matching deal for the product

Miscellaneous –

• Helping organize the SOP & As-is process of the eco-solutions division
• Supplier negotiation training and negotiating with Asian/European suppliers
• Category research and warehouse/exhibition visits

• Maintain the safety of all guests in and around the jumping surface
• Communicate and enforce all the inflatable theme park’s regulations in a personable and professional manner
• Complete opening and closing reports, including safety checklists, and report any issues to the manager on duty
• Assist with the cleaning of the inflatable theme park
