Co-Founder – White Oaks Engineering Club - Oakville, ON 

2023 – 2024

• Co-founded the engineering club, which now has approximately 180 members at White Oaks Secondary School
• Managed and conducted interviews for both executives and competitive team participants, with a focus on creating strong intra-team dynamics
• Guided team through preparations for two concurrent competitions: VEX Robotics, and UWaterloo’s Electrical Vehicle (EV) car competition
• Played a pivotal role in the design of the VEX robot's intake and drivetrain
• Determined the materials and shape of the EV’s frame to minimize weight and maximize my crash protection, and designed steering and braking systems for the car
• Managed multiple teams and executives in order to ensure the VEX robot and EV car were ready for competition
• Mentored and oversaw the simultaneous construction of the VEX robot and EV car
• Managed both the finances and the registration for competitions
• Coordinated and reviewed training material for new club members, ensuring content and activities align with team competitive aspirations
• Lead team to a 4th overall finish internationally for the VEX Online Skills Challenge

Warrant Officer Second Class (WO2)  – Royal Canadian Air Cadets -Oakville, ON 

2022 – 2024

• Created and taught classes to a cohort approximately 60 cadets ranging from grades 7 to 10, lesson topics included survival skills, aviation, leadership and drill
• Worked with younger cadets to ensure they upheld 540 drill and uniform standards
• Helped plan and created lessons for overnight events such as Professional Development (PD) weekends and Field Training Exercises (FTXs)

Cyber Security Team Lead– Royal Canadian Air Cadets-Oakville, ON 

2023 – 2024

• Ran the pilot project for Air Cadet’s first ever cybersecurity team
• I created and taught lessons, teaching cyber security principals required for cadets to compete in the CyberPatriot competition for Windows and Debian/Linux operating systems
• Finished in the top quartile in the teams first ever competition, qualifying the team for the bronze division
