Project Description:
The SincX Learning App is a cutting-edge digital learning platform designed to simplify the learning and development process for both small and large organizations. By harnessing the power of technology, the app helps users quickly acquire the latest skills and knowledge, contributing to organizational growth and productivity. As a Software Testing Intern, I was tasked with ensuring that the application provided a seamless, user-friendly experience while maintaining high performance and accuracy in its features.

• Conducted manual testing to ensure the app's core functionalities, including user registration, course enrollment, and content delivery, were working as intended.
• Developed automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java to perform regression and smoke testing.
• Performed API testing with Postman to validate the interaction between the app's front-end and back-end services.
• Wrote SQL queries to validate database integrity, ensuring accurate storage and retrieval of user data.
• Reported and tracked defects in JIRA, collaborating with the development team to ensure timely fixes.
• Participated in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning, to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Automated key test cases, reducing manual testing effort by X%.
• Identified and reported over X defects, contributing to improved app stability.
