Our Responsibility as Civil Engineers is to ensure that the general public, businesses, homes and infrastructure had access to the internet through our network we provided. We are trained to use various mechanical equipment to essentially dig trenches and install duct from the boxes in the footway where the cable joints are, leading up to people's properties or businesses providing them with network.

First and foremost, my responsibility not just as an employee but as an individual, is to respect the extremely high standards of doing my job to the best ability to get maximum customer satisfaction by building consumer cars. This concluded me to perfect every job on the deck where I was working and various other jobs around the whole plant. which provided me to have the knowledge to learn 55 different job roles within the company

I worked as a member of the bar staff. I learned some very good customer service and organizational skills while working behind the bar. One of my key duties was to organize the bar for the following night and stock up and maintain a catalogue. My interaction with customers was very approachable and clear, which is key in a busy nightclub.

Welcoming and greeting customers, providing them with an informed and positive buying experience, and maintaining excellent customer service throughout. To organize stock and pre-prepared stock for upcoming days. Additional duties included till service and handling incoming calls from customers
