Maintained a clear and visible presence across two stores to ensure customer and employee safety. I monitored customers and exits, identified suspicious activity, and supported loss-prevention efforts. Responding to incidents, de-escalating conflicts, and following proper reporting procedures. Communicated with management and IPS supervisors to resolve issues quickly and professionally.

• About 12 security employees on shift, each had a certain post using radios for communication as well as cameras for surroundings.
• Goal was to observe and report as well as lending assistance to anyone in need (child or adult).
• As we were unarmed we had our voices and a whistle, was enough to get through any event.

• I've worked behind the counter taking orders, greeted the customers when arrived.
• Worked at the drive through taking orders, cashing out and serving the food with the best service possible.
• Worked on the Grubhub/Door dash unit in the store.
• I've opened and closed the shop many times after confirming the stores placement and hygiene was acceptable by the manager and lead on shift.

• Had training for lead on shift and assistant manager position.
• Accepted card and cash from the front counter and greeted each guest warmly and even offered assistance.
• Experience with cleaning, prepping and pre closing when acceptable.
• Available to heavy lifting, constant walking, standing and crouching down.
• Responsible for cleaning the dining room, lobby, bathroom, cooking line and back of house as well as the outside of the building.
