
As an early graduate from Grace M. Davis High School, I started attending classes majoring in administration of justice. Here, I was able to gain a solid understanding of the criminal justice system, including law enforcement, criminal law, and the court system. I've developed critical thinking, ethical decision-making, and communication skills. As of now, my goal through work in this field and evolving my education is to aspire to, and have a drive to, join law enforcement.
Maintained a clear and visible presence across two stores to ensure customer and employee safety. I monitored customers and exits, identified suspicious activity, and supported loss-prevention efforts. Responding to incidents, de-escalating conflicts, and following proper reporting procedures. Communicated with management and IPS supervisors to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
