In my journey at my current job with Baba Logistics, I started off as a Delivery Associate and climbed the ladder with hard work, reliability, high performance, and leadership ability. Displayed coaching, hiring, problem solving, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction skills as a dispatcher with Baba Logistics. Among promotion to Operations Manager at Baba Logistics, I displayed the ability to build from the ground up and bring to fruition a successful start-up operation providing a culture of employee and customer satisfaction, and providing a business that supports our employees and the community. As Senior Operations Manager, I lead and mentor a team of supervisors, dispatchers, and delivery associates. Showing the ability to develop and manage large teams and being able to set a culture throughout the organization.


As Operations Manager , I was tasked with leading our Pinnacle station in San Francisco, tackling a multitude of challenges head-on. Upon inheriting a station plagued by parking issues, access problems, demanding customers, and difficult partners. I rapidly hired and developed a high-performing team. I led by example, venturing into the field to address driver concerns and resolve issues through persistence and creative problem-solving.

My leadership yielded significant enhancements in safety and quality metrics, with our team consistently achieving the highest rating for a DSP. We exceeded compliance standards, boosted associate satisfaction, and cultivated a robust safety-first culture. Under my leadership, our team achieved remarkable success, earning the prestigious "DSP of the Year" award in 2024.
