My vast experience has allowed me to work closely with many municipal law enforcement and Fire Department agencies throughout Los Angeles. As a Rail Supervisor (RTOS), I've educated, instructed, and coached personnel about Metro's rail system, from Standard Rules and Procedures as well as remaining safe within the system. I've created Rules and Procedures for two of Metro's Rail "Start-Up" systems and implemented those rules to maintain a secure environment. As a RTOS one of the many duties of a Supervisor is a Train Controller.
