• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service throughout their dining experience.

• Assist customers in selecting food items, explaining menu options, and accommodating special dietary needs or preferences.

• Attend to guests' requests promptly and ensure their satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues with professionalism and tact.

• Assist in organizing and coordinating birthday parties, ensuring a fun and enjoyable experience for guests of all ages.

• Set up and decorate designated party areas, adhering to established themes and guidelines.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members, relaying customer requests and special instructions

• Work cooperatively with colleagues to maintain a smooth flow of service, supporting one another during peak periods.
