Notable Achievements

INVIVA Program Launches

  • Contributed significantly to the successful launch of the Resident’s First program (first program to enter long-term care homes) and the Procare program (first program where patients order in their own supplies for treatment). This involved new development of process flows, report generating, legal and consent agreements, KPIs, and client presentations, all of which McKesson Canada had never been a part of previously.

MasterControl Initiatives (Clean-up Project, Management Workshop and EQMS Evaluation) 

  • Lead lengthy project within QA team to clean-up MasterControl and the configuration of how we apply the applicable access rights and training to staff in McKesson personnel.
  • Created and hosted a presentation for all management personnel in MasterControl, where navigation and tools they have access to are shown during the workshop. Four workshops had been held (two every six months) for management, with roughly thirty to seventy members for each, and with stellar reviews from staff.
  • Lead project within MasterControl team to evaluate and determine the strengths and weaknesses of MasterControl in order to determine if the EQMS is the appropriate one for McKesson Canada’s future. Prepared this presentation for Senior Leaders, as per their request, in order for them to evaluate the eQMS.

Extra-Curricular Committee Team Lead

  • Started and lead the Milton Change Champion Team where we would conduct business and overall workplace initiatives in order to improve the work environment for all employees.
  • Started and lead the Social Committee for our Milton location where we would organize events and celebrations for the office to encourage social engagement.
  • Was the sole Regional Volunteer Chair for the same Milton location where I would host and encourage charity initiatives for the workplace to take part in.
