application through strategic problem-solving, enhancements and enhanced user training. Reduced non-SAP
application support tickets by 30% via concentrated team development and rigorous Root Cause Analyses.
Cost Saving: Developed solutions around Purchase order processing, PO – SO process, SAP to non-SAP effective
integration and automation to cut down business processing time.
