• Responsible for customer solution readiness and a seamless migration plan across a multivendor ecosystem.
• Lead and secure architecture and infrastructure design, resiliency reviews, and technical optimization across solutions for the customer, resulting in a production deployment solution and increased customer business value.
• Lead initiatives to ensure that the customer's environment and applications are well-architected.

• Handle product management (Technical Product Manager) release activity (Feature/Release/Road Map presentation, product dimensioning, and market messaging) for the data processing platform.
• Participate in customer engagement (C-level to engineers) to present the product portfolio, showcasing ETL, real-time message processing, and other data handling capabilities using a sample data pipeline.
