Project: SAPLING - A Qualitative Program of Revolutionizing the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Facilities and Services in the Chittagong Hill Tracks Area of Bangladesh

• Successfully led the qualitative research operations for the SAPLING project in Chittagong Hill Tracks in Bangladesh
• Coordinated and managed a dynamic team of 25 personnel, provided guidance, and ensured efficient operations during fieldwork
• Employed a variety of qualitative research tools to collect and analyze data to discern key trends and patterns and presented research findings and strategic recommendations to the stakeholders
