Estimate and/or manage all assigned projects from start to finish including start-up, building permits, construction management process and change management.
Led the development of system engineering concept and design briefs, ensuring adherence to construction budgets and coordinating with internal and external project teams.

Preparation and logging of shop drawings for issue to the general contractor/owner and engineers. Follow up and distribution of the approved shop drawings back to the manufacturers, suppliers, subcontractors and field staff.
Preparation of the O & M manuals, along with obtaining the information from the suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractors. Management and distribution of all project related documents and drawings to subcontractors and suppliers.
