Provide documentation regarding patient’s medication and ongoing health conditions.

Supervising PSW and directing them in providing care services to patients.

Reporting RN regarding medication administration and any other procedures performed on patient.

• Assisting in developing care plan for patient, Providing medication and injections to patient, Documentation of medication and progress notes about disease condition of patients, Following physician orders

• Helping clients in Activities of Daily living like grooming, bathing,etc, Providing medication to patients, Assessing clients needs, Documenting clients medication record and need for intervention, Helping them in recreational activities, Providing range of motion excercises

• Checking vitals giving I/V medication to patients, Developing care plan and making diagnosis with RN, Transferring patients to different units, Documents and shift reports, Checking physician orders, Admission and discharge planning

• Med-Surgical placement, Attending surgeries with OT staff, Take care of patient pre operative and postoperativeAttending different diagnostics patient, Performing variety of procedures like catheterization, chest physiotherapy, ng feeding, suctioning etc, Documentation, Giving I/V therapy and I/M injection

• Worked as clinic extern, Providing food to mentally sick patients, Helping them in recreational activities, Checking vitals and completing MSE
