  • Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present monthly financials including income statement, cash flow and other key financial statements with variance analysis on KPI’s vs key benchmarks including budget, forecast and last year performance
  • Lead the process for presentation and consolidation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, 5 years strategic plan and financial simulation modeling with sensitivity analysis for major proposals, contract discussions and business plans
  • Automate key operational reporting, analytical and budgeting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness with focus on continuous improvement along with (BI) Business Intelligence and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) teams
  • Partner with HR team and senior management of multiple departments for controlling, monitoring, budgeting, forecasting and reporting of manpower costs totaling circa CAD 35m per annum

  • Led the initiative for automation of monthly cost pack preparation and circulation to senior management in Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) tools resulting in savings of circa 2 person-days per month
  • Facilitated strategic outsourcing of the Voice/Non Voice function leading to annual savings of circa USD 1.8m across businesses
  • Led the planning processes across businesses resulting in expedited presentation and approval of budget and half yearly forecast packs by Board of Directors with turnaround time reduction of 3 weeks
