Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
Control and adjust machine settings (e.g
Speed)
Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
Test operation of machines periodically
Fix issues that might occur during the shift
Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
Maintain activity logs
Coordinating machine maintenance
Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery
Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion
Ensuring that targets are achieved
Maintain quality products as per company standards to minimize damages and loss
Batching and marking of finished goods as per FIFO standards
Responsible for inspecting parts to specifications and making adjustments or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications
Responsible for performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machine
Maintain a clean working environment
Ensure safety guidelines are precautions as per company policy
Diligent adherence to company performance, quality and any Non-Conformance reported
Ability to perform inspection duties i.e
Measuring and documenting product batches, and FPG
Performed any other extra duties as assigned by supervisor.
