I am dedicated to giving everything I can to help my clients move forward in their healing journey. As someone who is very active with Muay Thai, bouldering, yoga, running, and hiking I am very aware of what the body needs to be nurtured and what it takes to gain that body awareness. I am very passionate about empowering my clients to find that body awareness for themselves and doing everything I can to assist them in the process. From assessment to treatment to homecare it is not only my goal but my duty to provide all the tools and knowledge for my clients to thrive in their everyday lives, whether that be as a full-time athlete, a full-time parent or anything in between.
