  • Context: This project is aimed at digital transformation
  • In this context, there are three targets in addition to the private government cloud, for which I'm responsible since this cloud contains the highly sensitive data of the Quebec government
  • Responsibilities:
  • Leads and oversees the delivery of projects across the portfolio under my responsibility with clear accountability and transparency between teams and business stakeholders;
  • Validates and advises on the requirements, design, testing and implementation deliverables of the application projects under his/her responsibility;
  • Determine resources and requirements with initiative and project delivery teams;
  • Create and maintain risk register;
