As a Sales Intern at Norm Holding's DigiConnect division, I was responsible for conducting in-depth research on cultural barriers within international sales channels. My work focused on analyzing potential challenges and opportunities in new markets and regions where the company aims to expand. This included evaluating cultural dynamics, consumer behavior, and local business practices to support the development of tailored market entry strategies.

As a shift supervisor, I was responsible for monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure consistent supply availability. I supervised and delegated tasks to baristas to maintain smooth and efficient daily operations. Additionally, I ensured the store remained clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations. I also communicated regularly with upper management to provide performance updates and support operational goals.

As Outreach and Relations Co-Director, I supported St. Regis High School in establishing their own Rotary Interact Club by guiding them through the setup process. I also facilitated collaboration between our Rotaract club, high school Interact Club, and the Rotary Club of Vancouver to ensure a strong and lasting connection.

Developed and implemented dynamic event strategies to strengthen engagement within the Turkish and international student communities. Focused on creating inclusive spaces that celebrated Turkish culture, encouraged cultural exchange, and helped Turkish students get connected. Successfully organized and executed large-scale events, including gatherings with over 300 attendees.
