· Training and Team Leadership: During the Mondelez audit, I trained and mentored a team comprising production, logistics, and sanitation personnel. I developed a comprehensive questionnaire for the team, regularly briefed them on the required forms and procedures, and encouraged participation in daily quizzes. As a result of these efforts, our plant achieved the highest score in the audit, earning praise from both my manager and the auditor.

· Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis: At Give and Go Prepared Foods, we encountered a challenge with metal contaminants in our production process. Despite three days of effort by our maintenance team to identify the root cause, the issue persisted. I was assigned to the task to help the team to figure out the RCA, I took a hands-on approach, conducting a thorough investigation. Through my efforts, I successfully pinpointed the true root cause of the metal contamination. My findings led to a notable recognition from the plant manager, marking a significant achievement in resolving the issue.

· New installation of the Automation room: At FIGR (Canada’s Island Garden), I played a pivotal role when the decision was made to install a fully automated room for dried flower packaging.
