Responsible for the booking of City facilities and the coordination and compliance of festivals, tournaments, and special events in City owned or operated facilities and parkland
Handle all customer inquiries, transactions, and accounts related to bookings and special events including acting as the lead in allocating, coordinating, scheduling, and booking of Recreation facilities including arena ice/floor, swimming pools and meeting rooms, outdoor sports fields, parks, picnic shelters and specialty facilities such as Market Square, St George’s Square, City Hall Galleria and Riverside Park Amusement rides

Coordinate the provision of consolidated cost estimates to event organizers and ensure follow through to consolidate invoicing from all departments
